Exchanges
Our products can be shipped throughout South Africa free of charge for all products above R20 000 as well as internationally for the client’s cost. All shipping is handled inhouse by us to give our clients piece of mind. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary from area to area and size of product.
All tables, desks, coffee tables, mirrors are transported by courier fully assembled, carefully packaged and ready to use. Our kitchen cabinets, extra-large furniture and bar designs are specially delivered by our highly experienced personnel who will install, assemble, and provide care instructions at your premises. All our live edge furniture comes with complementary topcoat care wax and microfibre applicator cloths to maintain your masterpiece and keep it in good condition.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges for all purchases can be arranged no longer than 7 days of the purchase date under certain conditions.
While we ensure that all mirrors and other fragile items are adequately packaged, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility should they get damaged in courier transit. Our team can deliver these items around Gauteng but we will use a courier outside of Gauteng.
• Delivery charges are not refundable unless the customer has received an incorrect item.
• Live edge furniture purchases carry a 2-year warranty for manufacturing faults and may be subject to wear and tear value deduction in the case of long-term replacements.
• Fair use policy applies – (Must be used as intended – No direct sunlight or rain)
